Edit: There are some info that the two foils are of the same rarity but of different angles. Whether or not this is true, it is still unclear. There are also rumours that the foils are of two different foils - Ghost Rare & Ghost Holographic. Any updates or accurate information on these please do inform me =)

I think both the rainbow dragon is just Ghost RARE....just that the quality of the image is different...
