World Championships 2012! Finally Over~!

Hi guys! As you all have known, Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championships 2012 was finally concluded today on 12th of August and the new World Champion is Akikazu Saito from Japan! Lets make it a little more 'formal' shall we?

On a side note, have you guys been visiting Shriek's website for the latest YGO products? Well the latest information about the new Kaito Duelist Pack seems to be quite delicious! Especially with all that new [Galaxy] and [Photon] cards!

Personally I'd love to get the [Photon Satellite] from that pack because its effect makes it quite simple to XYZ summon a variation of high ranking XYZ monsters like [No. 61: Volcasaurus], [Photon Streak Bouncer] and perhaps [No. 9: Canopy Star Dyson Sphere]?

Best and easily summoned out rank would be rank 5 XYZ monsters. Why?

- Special summon [Photon Thrasher] and normal summon [Photon Satellite].
- Use  Satellite effect and target Thrasher, pray for no irritating [Effect Veiler].
- If all goes well, overlay for a rank 5 XYZ monster!

As for the other cards residing in the pack. I'll leave it to you guys to decide whether it is junk or good.

Yes guys! Abyss rising is now out in most stores through out Asia even though its not yet the official release date of 21st July!

OCG Extra Pack!

Hi, I noticed this blog is rather dead cuz neither Colin or I have the time to update.
(Colin is mugging for his exams while I'm busy with my project at school and with the guitar).

Anyway, here's a post for my random comments on the lastest OCG extra pack which will probably come to your nearest Comic Connection or wadever 2moro although its already available at some places.

For starters, I think the rarity of some cards ought to be laughed at.

- Gate Watcher of Hell Ill Blood(OCG)/ Il Bud(TCG)
Congrats to those who spent a bomb to buy this secret rare TCG card a year ago, now its common wtf! and I was speculating it'd be a super rare foil or something. Bleh~

- Dark Grepher
Another card which I had expected it to be at least a super rare. Became another common card.

- Gladial-Beast Oktavius
Why is this even a foil? I think u'd rather use Gladial-Beast - Bestorourii instead? For contact fusion purposes too. Argh! I nearly tore this when I opened it from a pack.


Cards worth getting from this really really small set:

- Grandmaster of the Six Samurai
I hope to see Six Samurai decks soon! =D

- Fallen Angel Zerato
A very TCG thing in the typical Dark Arm decks.

- Allure of Darkness
I think this is what everyone has been waiting for.

- Slave Tiger
Now the OCG Gladial Beasts are complete. I think E-Hero Prismer is much useful though.

- Lonefire Blossom
Very cool plant card!

- Flame Emperor Imperial Guard
Although Fire/Pyro themed decks were nvr a really big thing, maybe this card helps!

Well, thats about it. The rest of the cards are just...... oh well.

Duelist Pack Thoughts

I personally find that the DP this time is better than the previous ones. Judai's pack this time offers various playable cards. Johan's pack is more for Gem Beast users unless u're going for the Phantom Gunman or Torture Golem only which can be greatly abused with Bloo-D and Ravel. Hand severing would be Colin's favourite to play wif his Protector of the Sanctuary.
The shocking commons for the two packs is:

Thoughts On New Booster Pack : Gladiator's Assualt

Hey hey!!! Goulian Here!!! Today me and ken shared one box of Gladiator's Assualt booster packs and we got 7 foil cards from the 30 card packs... Below here are the picture of the foil cards that we got...



Here are their names.. It is in order, starting from the left to the right we have:
E-HERO InfernoWing(3D), Gladial-Beast Alexander(Ultra), Gladial-Beast Heraclenos(Ultra), E-HERO Chaos Neos(Holographic), Energy Absorbing Board(Super), Shien's Counsellor Enishi(Super), E-HERO Malicious Edge(Super).

Well this was wad we had from our box... Its not that good but the Holographic "E-HERO Chaos Neos" Makes me very happy!!!! *SCREAMS!!!* and here is a closer look at it below..( P.S. My photography skills ain't that good so it wun be that clear for the card)



Well after such a long day of school and heading to amk to whack Gladiator's Assualt.. I'm off to an early night... Ja Na!!!!
