Blazewing Butterfly
ブレーズ・ウィング・バタフライ
Level 4/Fire - Insect/Gemini
Att/Def: 1500/1500

Effect: This card is treated as a Normal Monster while it is face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:
- You can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 Gemini monster from your Graveyard except "Blazewing Butterfly". A Gemini monster Special Summoned by this effect is treated as an Effect Monster, and gains its effect.

Ok. Lets have a look at a card which is released only exclusively in the english set of Tactical Evolution. The stats are the quite perfect, considering that it is searchable by two search engine monsters, UFO turtle & Howling Insect.

The main usefulness of this monster is its re-summoned effect. Tributing it to special summon ANY Gemini monster WITH its re-summoned effect from the grave. Since we already have some reviews on Dual/Gemini monsters, you should go take a look at what's gay about Gemini. The best Gemini monster is most probably Hell Kaiser Dragon/Chithonian Emperor Dragon which could attack twice after a re-summon. Its whopping 4800 direct damage can be really painful. Since both this card, UFO turtle, Hell Kaiser Dragon are all Fire Attribute monsters, you can always play Spiritual Fire Art - Kurenai as a sacrifice when opponent's effect would want to "borrow" or destroy your monster while dealing damage to your opponent or as a killing condition reducing your opp's life points to 0 for the win.

Well, there are also many other ways to use this card effectively.
For more Dual/Gemini combos please look at Colin's review on them.
